美自然生态环境集团成立于2011年，于2016年将注册地迁入安徽省金寨县，于2017年建成美自然大厦，建筑面积4万平米。美自然是一家集投资、研发、设计、施工和运营为一体的“高新技术企业”。目前，集团获得授权专利140余项（发明专利17项），参与制定标准5项（国家标准3项，地方标准2项），获得安徽省科学技术奖2项。目前，集团公司已发展出四大主要板块，多个延伸板块，二十余家公司。主要板块：乡镇生活污水处理、“双绿”产业园、石油污染物治理板块和重力储能板块。延伸板块：污泥处理与资源化、新能源、国际贸易和生态农业板块。

Beautiful Natural Ecological Environment Group was established in 2011. In 2016, it moved its registered address to Jinzhai County, Anhui Province. In 2017, it completed the Beautiful Natural Building with a construction area of 40000 square meters. Meituan is a high-tech enterprise that integrates investment, research and development, design, construction, and operation. At present, the group has obtained more than 140 authorized patents (17 invention patents), participated in the formulation of 5 standards (3 national standards and 2 local standards), and won 2 Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Awards. At present, the group company has developed four main sectors, multiple extended sectors, and more than twenty companies. Main sectors: Township domestic sewage treatment, "dual green" industrial park, petroleum pollutant treatment sector, and gravity energy storage sector. Extended sectors: Sludge treatment and resource utilization, new energy, international trade, and ecological agriculture sectors.

随着全球经济的不断融合和市场的不断扩大，我公司积极响应全球化的战略需求，整合国内外资源，于2023年在 中国香港注册成立了中国美自然环境科技有限公司。这一决定旨在深化国际布局，扩大业务范围，更好地服务全 球客户，探索新的增长点。美自然已于2023年6月向联交所提交申报材料，目前正处于联交所第二次反馈阶段。
