围绕哈萨克斯坦卡拉干达钢铁公司(QARMET)上百年来炼焦废渣倾形成的煤焦油湖展开治理,油湖底部油泥深度在1m左右,总量约8.14万吨,项目核心设备采用美自然自主研发的油泥热脱附设备,油相回收利用,处理后的固相(煤粉)回用于钢铁冶炼。
The treatment of the coal coke oil lake formed by the dumping of coking waste from QARMET Steel Company in Kazakhstan over the past century is carried out. The depth of the oil sludge at the bottom of the oil lake is about 1 meter, with a total volume of about 81400 tons. The core equipment of the project adopts the oil sludge thermal desorption equipment independently developed by Nature, and the oil phase is recovered and utilized. The treated solid phase (coal powder) is reused for steel smelting.
